Founded as Natick Coworking in 2014, Metroworks delivers an upscale working and meeting environment while maintaining a sincerely local and inviting feel. Our spaces feature a full spectrum of coworking and meeting amenities, and Membership plans are designed to serve the business needs of many types of workers and teams, from entrepreneurs and side hustlers to “work from home” (WFH) professionals to small non-profits. Our mission is to serve our members, visitors, and community with authenticity and purpose.


Paul Joseph

Paul is the owner of Metroworks where he continues to run his management consulting and training firm, Contexed. He brings 30+ years of entrepreneurial and management experience in strategy, marketing, sales, and business education to his advisory work, helping clients go to market, innovate, and grow. Paul recently led the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce as President & CEO and currently serves as an elected member of the Natick Select Board and on several boards and committees. He loves tackling big challenges, from local economic development to job creation for un/underemployed and underrepresented populations. Paul has completed 28 marathons including Boston and NYC.

Scott Laughlin

Scott is an Advisor and Community Member Advocate at Metroworks and an INBIA certified Entrepreneurship Center Manager. As an investor and former owner, Scott was instrumental in growing the community from its origins as Natick CoWorking to leading its rebranding as Metroworks. An entrepreneur with 30+ years of experience, Scott founded and led a commercial printing company for 17 years. He has served on several non-profit agency boards focused on mental health and developmental disabilities, including The Price Center, Advocates, and Alternative Home. Scott is currently Chair of the Economic Development Committee for the Town of Natick, and serving as Treasurer of The Price Center in Newton.
